  • Content Guidelines: Messages must not contain prohibited content including spam, illegal content, or misleading information
  • 24-Hour Window: Free-form messages can only be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message

Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in suspension or termination of your WhatsApp Business Account and our Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.2 Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions.

11. Service Availability and Support

11.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies.

Support is provided according to your subscription plan:

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
